Refund Policy
- If the parcel is lost the first time in the EU! We offer a free reship or 50 % refund. Outside the EU we do not offer this policy. - If the parcel is seized you are not eligble for a reship but we refund 50% of the product price if you can prove it has been seized. - if the product is lost the second time we will offer a refund 25 procent of charge. - Buyers buying a second time will get a 100% refund when seized.
