Refund Policy
I have specified my ADR settings so that there is no -required liability- on my part. However, if you know me you know I am a reasonable person and I will consider each incident on a case-by-case basis. My products are authentic and hard to come by so it is not easy to simply replace them. So we must both trust USPS will deliver as promised. But if a package gets lost or stolen then reach out to me to discuss it and we can try to reach an amicable resolution but please understand at the end of the day the ADR settings supersede all negotiations.
